ARP Ultra-Torque Assembly Lube has been fine-tuned to provide the most accurate and consistent preload on critical fasteners. Applying ARP Ultra-Torque to threads and the underside of the bolt head and/or nut reduces unpredictable friction between fasteners for less torque scatter. The metal-free lubricant is specially formulated with rust and corrosion inhibitors and offers a load range of 500,000 psi. Use it on Rod and Main bolts, Cylinder Head bolts, and any other application where incorrect preload could lead to disaster.
This extra-large 20 ounce brush-top jug is enough for most professional engine builders. This is the largest container of Ultra-Torque lubricant available.
Note: This lubricant reduces the torque required to obtain the proper preload! Most torque values assume dry fasteners which require additional torque to overcome friction. ARP Assembly Lube reduces the required torque by as much as 30%. ARP engine fasteners are supplied with torque recommendations specifically for this lubricant.
