The AiM MX UTV mini dash is a compact data logging dash display, customized just for use on the Can-Am Maverick UTV.
Like other AiM loggers, the MX UTV can connect to your Maverick's ECU to gather engine and vehicle data (Speed, RPM, Gear, coolant temp, throttle position, brake switch, and more). One analog input channel lets you monitor belt temperature with the included sensor. A CAN input allows you to further expand the dash by adding an AiM LCU-One Lambda (O2) Controller (Part No. MC-219) or an AiM SmartyCam. A built-in GPS/Glonass receiver monitors and logs vehicle position, speed, and acceleration.
The super-compact 137mm x 88.4mm (5.39" x 3.48") composite housing takes up a minimum of room.* The LCD display backlight can be set by the user to 7 different colors. You can even set the backlight to change in response to an alarm. You can create up to 4 different pages (two pre-set and two customizable). Five multi-color LEDs across the top of the housing can be set up as RPM-activated lights or as lap time-activated "progress" lights. Two multi-color alarm LEDs can be set to light up to indicate a problemt on any channel. All of the setup can be performed directly on the dash, with no computer connection required.
The 4GB non-volatile memory can store many hours of information for detailed analysis using AiM's latest Race Studio 3 software. All of the data can be downloaded to your computer using a built-in secure Wi-Fi connection (no cable required). Requires 9 - 15V external power supply.
Kit includes MX UTV data logging display, 2.5 meter (8 foot) wiring harness with a Maverick-specific connector, and belt temperature sensor with extension cable. Race Studio 3 software is always available as a free download from AiM. Works with Maverick Turbo and non-turbo models.
* Despite its size, this dash must be mounted to a stationary structure. It should not be mounted on the steering wheel.
