This self-priming pump is specially designed for transmission and differential oil cooling. The positive-displacement mechanism uses two bronze helical gears to provide up to 22 psi working pressure or up to 0.9 GPM flow (when connected to 1/2" ID hose).
The lightweight 12 volt electric motor weighs just 2.6 pounds and has a built-in mounting bracket with vibration dampers. The pump head has left-to-right flow, but it can also be arranged with the ports vertically (either flowing up or flowing down). Designed for intermittent duty (up to 2 hours run time with a 15 minute cool-off).
Maximum operating temperature: 250° F (120° C). Self-priming to 5 feet. Draws 2.5 Amps at 12 volts. The super-compact body measures just 6" Long x 4.4" Wide x 3" Deep including mounting bracket. 3/8 BSP (BSPP / parallel thread) female inlet and outlet ports. Adapters are available separately.
