This direct-acting Tilton throwout bearing eliminates all lost motion due to cable stretch or linkage flex. The 0200-Series was designed to be a direct bolt-on replacement for the Saab 900-style HRB, with the same bolt pattern but with Tilton's modular piston for more setup height options. The 1.5" (38mm) base ID is also larger than the original Saab (1.2" / 30mm), which allows a little extra room for a larger input shaft.
This super-low profile 1.82" - 1.87" (46.2mm - 47.5mm) setup height* version is shorter than the original Saab assembly, which had a 2.37" (60.2mm) setup height. This is ideal for installations where the original Saab 900 bearing is about 1/2" (12mm) too tall.
The radius-faced bearing has a 44mm contact diameter for clutches with a 1 5/8" diameter diaphragm spring hole. This includes most QuarterMaster 4.5", 5.5", and 7.25" racing clutches (except 7.25" LGC) and Tilton OT-II (7.25") Racing Clutches. Maximum travel is 0.70 inches, so a clutch pedal stop must be used to prevent damage to the clutch and the engine. Tilton recommends pairing this assembly with a 3/4" bore master cylinder (sold separately).

* A 0.05" shim under the bearing can be removed to change the height from 1.87" (as supplied) to 1.82" if needed.
