The 12 volt (nominal) G30 battery is the same size as a standard Group 30 motorcycle battery (6.7" L x 5.2" W x 6.9" H, positive terminal on the right), but it packs an incredible 947 pulse cranking amps and weighs just 6.4 pounds. The 13.8v actual voltage provides even more starting power for high-compression 4- and 6-cylinder racing engines. The LAh rating of 45 gives it cranking performance similar to a 45 Ah lead-acid battery. The G30 carries a true 15 Amp-hour rating, but with much more consistent voltage under load than any 15 Ah lead-acid battery.

The G30 is one of the largest batteries in the Green-Lite series. It is ideal for modified 4- and 6-cylinder cars (perfect for Import Tuners) and even small-block V8 hot rods with low to moderate electrical demands. (Not recommended for daily-driven trucks or cars with high electrical demands like aftermarket stereo equipment or auxiliary lighting.) This is also a perfect replacement for the PC925 or the Brailler B3121 AGM (lead-acid) battery. Unlike most competitors, Braille lithium batteries can be used in racecars with total-loss electrical systems. Braille batteries are also compatible with all automotive charging systems. The unique convertible terminals accept either 1/4" ring terminals or standard SAE clamp-on terminals. Braille batteries are made in the USA.

Note: Never use a trickle charger or standard lead-acid battery charger on a lithium-ion battery. These batteries have a very low self-discharge rate in storage; however, a charger should be used for long-term storage of vehicles with a parasitic drain (computer memory, alarm, etc).
