The GT-AM from Sabelt is a pure competition seat with a fiberglass shell. Rather than a one-piece upholstered cover, multiple high-density foam cushions support the driver. The modular pad system (sold separately) lets you customize the seat fit using just one shell size. Keeping the pads separate leaves channels for air circulation, while making it easy to customize the fit. The head bolsters are specially designed to work with your side cage nets, holding them in proper alignment. The black gelcoat is fully exposed on the back of the shell, and a thin layer of black flame-retardant fabric inside the shell holds the cushions in place using hook-and-loop fastening. Five harness slots. Requires seat pad kit (Part Nos. SAB-RCGTAMPADxx, not included). Homologated to the new FIA 8855-2021 standard.
The GT-AM requires special FIA 8855-2021 side-mount brackets (sold separately). Conventional mounting brackets will not work with this seat.
