The Sabelt Spine Racing Seat uses a modular pad design. Pad kits like this one are used to customize the fit of the seat to your individual needs. The pads are specifically designed with gaps between them to allow airflow for a cooler, more comfortable seat.
This Black pad kit is designed to convert the Extra-Large Spine shell (sold separately) to a Medium size seat. Each kit includes Shoulder, Hip / Thigh, and Seat Bottom pads for one seat.
Internal dimensions with the Medium pad kit installed:
Hip width: 300mm (11.8")
Thigh width: 320mm (12.6")
Shoulder width: 455mm (17.9")
Ribcage width: 280mm (11.0")
Seat bottom pad to bottom of shoulder harness holes: 645mm (25.4")
All of the widths are 20mm less than the Large kit and 40mm less than the Extra-Large kit. Harness opening height is 10mm more than the Large and 20mm more than the Extra-Large.
Note: This pad kit is specifically designed for the Sabelt Spine seat only. It is not for use with any other seat. Pads are not available separately.
