The unique contoured shape of Tillett seats means that the bottom "dome" hangs quite a bit lower than on a seat with a flat floor. This can cause interference with seat sliders when the sliders are mounted directly to the bottom of the seat.

This spacer kit is designed to raise certain bottom-mount Tillett seats to avoid interference between the bottom dome and your seat sliders. Note that this kit is not usually needed when side-mount brackets are used. (On the other hand, if your side-mount brackets don't allow quite enough height or angle, you can add these spacers for just a bit more height at one or both ends.)

Kit includes 12 thick (4mm) nylon spacers, 4 thin (2mm) nylon spacers, 4 long (30mm) M8 bolts, 4 short (25mm) M8 bolts, 4 zinc-plated steel washers, and 4 M8 nylon locking nuts. Use the longer bolts to mount the sliders to the seat and the shorter bolts, washers, and nuts to mount the runners to the floor. Add spacers between the seat and sliders until the dome can pass the sliders without contact.
