The Boost Tee by Turbosmart is a simple and reliable way to increase maximum boost pressure on turbo systems with boost-based wastegate actuators.
This adjustable pneumatic bleed valve alters the reference signal to the actuator, effectively raising the wastegate opening pressure. You can see a boost increase of as much as 100% or even 200% over stock! The amount of boost increase is easily adjusted, with firm detents making the adjustments reversible and repeatable. Turn up the boost for a track day, then dial it back down for the drive home. A set screw lets you lock the adjustment to prevent jokers from fiddling with it when you're not looking.
Works with virtually all types of boost-actuated wastegate systems, including internal or external wastegates, single or twin turbos,* even systems with an ECU-activated boost control solenoid. Anodized aluminum assembly measures just 1" diameter x 1 7/8" tall with a black adjusting knob and 5mm OD brass hose barbs. Includes mounting bracket.
* Note that some twin turbo setups may need a second Boost Tee.
