This standoff kit is designed specifically for use with current Tilton floor-mount and underfloor-mount 3-pedal kits. It is normally used with rear- and mid-engine applications, where the throttle cable has to run past the driver's foot. The standoff post positions the cable clear of the pedal pad and the driver's foot for smooth operation.
The kit consists of a 1/4" tap stud that threads into your pedal, a standoff tube (1/4-28 UNF female threads) that threads onto the stud, and a bolt and spacer to attach your throttle cable eye to the standoff post. The post extends 3.59" (91.2mm) from the edge of the throttle pedal shaft, but it is fully threaded so you can shorten it as needed to suit your installation.
Works with 600-, 800-, 850-, and 900-Series floor mount and underfloor 3-pedal sets. Not normally needed on firewall mount or overhung pedals, or on front-engined vehicles, but it could be used to reach an existing hole in the firewall.
