High Temp 1-Ply Silicone Air Duct Hose, 450F, Orange Only

Silicone Rubber Air Duct Hose is popular for brake cooling ducts due to its high temperature capability (maximum 450° F continuous / 500° F intermittent). Lower-temperature applications can use our Neoprene Air Duct Hose (Part No. 3620).

This hose is extremely flexible and pliable, but a bronze coated spring-steel wire support helix prevents it from collapsing. The fiberglass fabric cover and fiberglass cord are both impregnated and coated with silicone rubber. Lengths can be screwed together to form a continuous length if you've got leftovers around. Red-orange color only. This silicone duct hose is not made in any other color.

Note: These ducts are manufactured in 12 foot nominal lengths but only measure 12 feet when stretched tightly. The actual lengths will generally measure several inches less than nominal when relaxed.
