AN814 / SAE J514 Aluminum O-Ring Port Plug

These AN814-style O-ring boss plugs conform to JIC and SAE J514 specifications. The hex is large enough to support an O-Ring (on chamfered ports) or a sealing washer (on flat-faced ports).* This makes it ideal for use on ports without a female AN flare. Includes a Buna N O-ring (compatible with petroleum fuels and oil). Sold individually.

We also stock replacement O-Rings (Part No. 3244).

Flat-faced ports (without a chamfer for an O-ring) should remove the O-ring and use a Sealing Washer (Part No. 3278) or a Stat-O-Seal (Part No. 3245), sold separately.
