Aurora Oversize Shank Alloy Steel Male Rod End, PTFE Lined

These rod ends provide the ultimate in strength, durability and safety. The ball and body are made with heat treated alloy steels. The ball is hard chrome plated, and the body is coated for corrosion protection. The race is heat-treated carbon steel, lined with self-lubricating PTFE fabric. These bearings are very resistant to loosening even when subjected to the pounding that they receive under racing conditions.

This series is available with male-threaded, oversize shanks only. Typical male rod end shown in photo. Aurora XAM (right hand threads) and XAB (left hand threads) series.
