Male NPT to AN Hose Ends
These special hose ends fit our standard Stainless Steel Braided Racing Hose (Part No. 3270-Size) as well as Aeroquip Startlite Racing Hose (Part No. 3492-Size). They all have male NPT (tapered) threads to fit female NPT ports.
NPT threads make a mechanical seal by an interference fit between the male and female threads. A sealant is required for a leak-free seal
Note: AN, BSP, and NPT nomenclature can be confusing because the nominal sizes do not refer to the outside diameter of the threads. If you are not sure what size threads you have, check in our Threaded Fitting Guide.
