This unit is an add-on for the MyChron4 or MyChron5 / MyChron5S Kart Dash (sold separately). It plugs into the 5-pin CAN expansion port on the back of the dash to expand the capabilities of your dash.
The Expansion has a single CAN expansion port plus 4 additional sensor inputs. All four inputs can accept AiM analog sensors (brake pressure, pedal position, temperature, steering angle, etc). One of the four inputs can accept a speed sensor instead. Each sensor input is a 4-pin 712 (screw-in) type with both +Vref (5 volts) and +Vb (battery voltage) available. Requires an external 12 volt power source such as the battery on a TaG kart.
