This handy, compact tool lets you set your Longacre Tire Pressure Relief Valves (Part No. 3336, sold separately) before installing them on the wheel rim. The 0-60 psi gauge and thumb-operated inlet valve on the tool let you adjust the inlet pressure for precise adjustments.
To use, simply install the valve in one end of the tool and connect your regulated compressed air source to the other end. Press down on the thumb valve to raise the inlet pressure until you hear the TiReLief open. Let go of the valve and note the reading on the gauge. Adjust the TiReLief setting and repeat until the adjustment is where you want it.
Note: Installing your TiReliefs using the optional Longacre TiRelief Quick-Change Adapters (Part No. LA50240, sold separately) will allow you to quickly and easily remove your relief valves with the tire still mounted on the rim.
