TDI Lightweight Brake Disc Only

These are replacement crossdrilled discs for our Lightweight 2-Piece Formula Car Brake Rotors, Part Nos. 3540-01 through 3540-06. Ferrous construction complies with SCCA Club Racing rules.

All of these rotors measure 0.285" thick and have a 6x5.56" bolt circle for attachment to a special hat using countersunk 1/4" Allen screws (hat and hardware sold separately). We recommend replacement when the disc is worn to 0.250" thickness. At this thickness, the chamfers around the cross-drilled holes are effectively gone. This greatly increases the chances of stress cracks.

Part No. 3541-01 fits Part Nos. 3540-01 and 3540-03 and is generally used with LD19 calipers.
Part No. 3541-02 fits Part Nos. 3540-02 and 3540-04 and is generally used with LD20 calipers.
Part No. 3541-05 fits Part Nos. 3540-05 and 3540-06 and is used with LD20 or 14LF calipers.

All of these discs are are legal for SCCA Formula Ford, Formula Continental, Sports 2000, and Club Formula Ford.
